Once again join our Executive Chef Robin Freeman in a hands on Nordic Masterclass featuring a ‘Midsummer theme’.
Kicking off from 4pm with cinnamon bun and coffee / tea. Herring & Smoked salmon / Gravad Lax Masterclass and dinner to follow with a snaps and a glass of beer / wine at 6pm.
