Krogerus, together with Setterwalls, Haavind and IUNO, host a seminar in London on investing in or setting up businesses in the Nordic Region. The seminar is aimed at HR professionals, in-house counsels and other participants in corporate teams with HR-responsibilities in the Nordic region. We repeat the success by inviting to a Nordic HR Legal Seminar in London, this time focusing on investing in or setting up businesses in the Nordic region. The seminar includes breakfast and is free of charge. You will get valuable information on how to invest in and set up businesses in the Nordic region, from both a corporate and HR legal perspective, and how to avoid the potential legal pitfalls that many corporations face when entering the region.

The seminar will focus on:

• HR legal due diligence – red flags for investment decisions
• Choosing the right legal entity (branch, local legal entity, no permanent establishment)
• Choosing the right employment relation (employment, hiring in, self-employed and consultants)
• Posting of workers / expats
• Minimum wage and other key considerations
