Saga Palmer - Moderator
As Senior Partnerships Executive at Goodwille, Saga leads the company’s collaborations, strategic alliances and brand building across the UK, the Netherlands, and Northern Europe. With a background in journalism, she spent several years working at some of Sweden’s leading media outlets before relocating to London in 2020. Prior to joining Goodwille, Saga was part of the communications team at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK, where she represented the Swedish business community in London, and in the wider UK.

April Stephenson
April Stephenson is the founder and CEO of Simba Technologies, an AI-enabled platform helping impact organizations gather field data and local insights. She also leads the LSE Generate Women Founders Programme, supporting women entrepreneurs globally through community-building initiatives. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, impact measurement, and institutional accountability, with a focus on making community voice more visible in decision-making.

Jennika Kalliala
Jennika Kalliala is a Fractional CMO, leadership coach and strategic advisor who helps brands turn strategy into commercial growth. Having lived in five countries and spent 20 years working across markets and industries from beauty and consumer goods to healthcare, technology and travel, she's built a reputation for turning complex challenges into clear, practical action. Today, Jennika works with founder-led businesses and ambitious consumer brands as an advisor and fractional marketing leader, helping businesses make better decisions, move faster and build brands that deliver lasting commercial impact.

Amaia Arranz
Amaia is the CEO of Ruby Cup, a social enterprise committed to creating, selling, and donating high-quality, sustainable period products. A pioneer in femtech-driven social impact, she has led initiatives advancing gender equality, menstrual equity, and access to education since 2012. Her work spans Kenya, the UK, and Spain, where she has developed innovative solutions to make quality period care accessible to all.

Maj-Britt Krejcir
Maj-Britt Krejcir is the CFO and Deputy Country Manager of SEB UK, the London branch of SEB. After having obtained an MSc in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Örebro, with an add-on specialism in Computer Science at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Maj-Britt started her professional career in 1996 with the Nordic investment bank Alfred Berg, initially within their Fund Commission entity, where she was Head of Accounting and then moving to a client relationship role with their Asset Management subsidiary. In 2002 she left Alfred Berg to become the Global Head of Finance for the investment bank Enskilda Securities in Stockholm. Following the merger of Enskilda Securities and Scandinavian Bank, in 2006 Maj-Britt became the Head of Business Control at SEB Merchant Banking. In August 2016 she moved with her family to London, where she took on her current role at SEB UK.
