October is all about mixing fine dining with bushcraft! When in season, the British wild game is unbeatable – fresh, lean, and delicious!
We would like to invite you to join us for a Nordic Game Feast to sample a variety of cuisine which is typical from the Nordic region at this time of year commencing with gin and tonics on the terrace including canapés followed by a 3-course dinner. The menu of the day is inspired by the Nordics – fresh, modern and sophisticated and dishes will be served up by Ekte Executive Chef, Robin Freeman, and his team.
The event is organised together with the Danish-UK Association, Norwegian-British Chamber of Commerce, British- Icelandic Chamber of Commerce, Nordic Gin House, and Ekte Nordic Kitchen.
