Sarah Cunningham is Managing Director of the World Wellbeing Movement (WWM), and host of the
‘Working on Wellbeing’ podcast series.
Housed within the University of Oxford’s Wellbeing Research Centre at Harris Manchester College, the
World Wellbeing Movement’s aim is to improve the quality of life of people across the world by
putting wellbeing at the heart of decision-making in both business and public policy.
Sarah’s own expertise, which bridges both the corporate and academic worlds, strongly aligns with
the World Wellbeing Movement’s approach. She is a senior business leader, workplace wellbeing
expert, and future of work strategist with over 20 years’ experience, gained in companies including
Accenture, Google and Mastercard.
Sarah graduated first in her year from the London School of Economics’ (LSE’s) Executive Master’s
(EMSc) in Psychological & Behavioural Science, where she also won awards for both best dissertation,
and best overall performance. She is also a graduate of the Smurfit Business School Senior Leadership
programme in partnership with Darden University, and she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Law
from University College Dublin.
Nadine is the Head of UK and Vodafone Group and a global executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and enterprise technology sectors. In 2025 she was appointed Head of UK and Vodafone Group at Ericsson. Nadine joins Ericsson from SES Satellites, where she led the company’s global enterprise business as Global Head of Enterprise & Cloud.
Prior to her role at SES Satellites, Nadine held various senior leadership positions at Ericsson, including Head of Enterprise Business and Strategy for Southeast Asia, India and Oceania, where she was responsible for growth businesses in 5G, Private Networks, Cloud, Security and IoT. Prior to this Nadine held roles as CEO of Ericsson Thailand and Head of Global Customer Unit Telenor group, as well as Head of Enterprise Business in Western Central Europe.
Nadine holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick.
Raymond Walsh is the Managing Director of Wärtsila Energy Storage UK Ltd.
Wärtsilä Energy Storage is driving the transition to a 100% renewable energy future, combining time-tested technology with deep grid expertise, helping customers and the energy sector accelerate global decarbonisation.
Raymond held various leadership positions in over 30 years of experience in the energy business with Wärtsilä in Finland. This includes heading the project management organisation for Europe, Asia, and Australia. He has also led technology development for renewable and thermal power generation. His international business and project leadership experience spans South Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
Raymond holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) Degree from University College Dublin, Ireland.
Siofra Whyte is the Country Manager for the London Branch of Danske Bank A/S, bringing international perspective and steady, values-led leadership to one of the world’s most dynamic financial centres.
After more than five years with Danske Bank in Copenhagen, she relocated to London in 2024 to take on this role—building bridges across markets and helping teams thrive amid complexity and change.
Recognised for her leadership across global banking, compliance, and corporate governance, Siofra Whyte has built a career defined by clarity, courage, and sound judgement—strengthening businesses and shaping strategic approaches to risk management in multinational environments.
