This one-day symposium will showcase Finnish science in the United Kingdom, promote scientific collaboration between Finland and the UK and discuss its future. The event will gather Finnish scientists working in the UK to celebrate the centenary of Finland’s independence.
The programme consists of talks by leading scientists and policy-makers, and an exhibition of posters and stands. The topics of the talks range from science policy and the future prospects for scientific collaboration, to success stories of collaboration and scientific mobility. The exhibition gives and opportunity for organizations and researchers to showcase their work.
