FBCC member Ekte Nordic Kitchen would like to welcome FBCC members to their first ever Supper Club!
Ekte’s Executive chef Robin Freeman and Head chef Joni Francisco are putting together 8-course tasting menu for £50 per person.
The menu highlights the best of Nordic cuisine with a strong accent on seasonal, quality ingredients, such as: hand dived Orkney island scallop in the shell, Jerusalem artichoke and much more.
