London is going to have her first ever Chinese New Year Concert this February 9th brought by Philharmonia Orchestra to Royal Festival Hall!
Join the Philharmonia Orchestra, Long Yu (China’s most eminent conductor, Artistic Director of the Beijing Music Festival and Music Director of the China Philharmonic), Maxim Vengerov and a roster of top-flight musicians from East and West for London’s inaugural Chinese New Year Gala Concert, celebrating the Year of the Rooster. In a vivid Spring Festival celebration the programme will be drawn from music from both Western and Chinese cultures.
