Our corporate member MeetingPackage.com, an online platform for booking meeting rooms and related service packages, has set its goal to becoming one of the top three players in the field by 2020, according to the CEO and Founder Joonas Ahola. The startup has already had massive 500-700 attendee conferences booked through the platform, and recently Carslon Wagonlit Travel, the largest global travel organiser, became a client.
To achieve the growth goals, MeetingPackage.com has strengthened its team. The former CEO of Varusteleka, Henri Nyström has joined the team as the COO, and a highly skilled software developer, Himanshu Mittal, has joined as the Head of R&D. The startup has also decided to hire 10+ sales managers at once – because now it is time for sales!
