McKinsey estimates that $1 trillion of market value of S&P’s top 1500 companies in the US is lost every year as a result of poorly managed transitions for CEO and C-Suite appointments. According to Harvard Business Review, four out of 10 new CEOs fail and are gone in 18 months. Why is the failure rate so high and what should be done about it?
FBCC and NBCC are delighted to present a speaker session where David Roche will talk about the reasons why, propose solutions and take your questions. He will explain how you can make your own luck and prepare in advance to give yourself the best opportunity not only to be selected as a CEO but also to succeed when you get there.
