In yesterday’s wine tasting event with the Norwegian-British Chamber of Commerce we got a thorough introduction into the world of English sparkling wine, presented by Gusbourne. We learned about the production from grape farming to sifting and bottling to aging the produce, and got to try three delicious wines. The laid-back atmosphere was provided by Stressless.
