How to calculate the ROI of events? Webinar 10.3.2026

We hosted an events webinar together with Finnish event management software Lyyti on March 10th.
 
In the webinar we covered what the ROI of events is made of and discussed various approaches to calculating it, as well as how to keep creating profitable events now and in the future. Katariina Saarinen from Lyyti highlighted that while the impact of events can be tenfold to that of social media marketing, events have to be appealing and worth people’s time in order to attract the right audience. She also explained how marketing and sales go hand in hand to ensure that events are turning profit and can help to boost brand awareness as well. 
 
To sum, the ROI of events and how it is calculated depends on the needs of each company, but it is fundamental in order to build lasting impact via events which support those needs.
