Finnish Me & MyCity program teaches sixth-graders economic skills

More than 70 percent of Finland’s sixth-graders will get to experience the Me & MyCity program, where kids get to role-play the different parts of running a miniature city. Highly motivating and a fun deviation from regular school work, the idea is to improve their economic knowledge, and it appears to be working. This should bode well for the youth in the future, and for Finland itself.
