FBCC is thrilled to welcome another new board member this spring!
Aksu Tuominen works as counsel in the capital markets practice of Borenius, a leading Finnish law firm with representative offices in London and New York. Aksu has over a decade of experience in advising issuers, underwriters and shareholders on international and domestic capital markets transactions, disclosure matters and ESG. In addition to his law degree, Aksu holds an MA in linguistics and an MBA from Henley Business School. In his free time, Aksu enjoys culture, gastronomy and aerobics, and he is also a decent pianist.
While a Finn at heart, Aksu enjoys London’s cosmopolitan atmosphere and takes a global view on business. He is very honoured to join the FBCC’s board and looks forward to contributing to the FBCC’s noble causes.
