Design company Marimekko has opened a pop-up at Selfridges department store in the heart of London in Oxford Street. The 124 square metre pop-up will be open for half a year and will focus on home and interior decoration products. 

Designed to bring more shoppers into contact with the world of Marimekko design, it has been created in partnership with the renowned Scandinavian design and furniture retailer Skandium, Marimekko’s agent in the UK for over 10 years.

The pop-up store at Selfridges will further strengthen Marimekko’s presence in the London area with an existing Marimekko store in St. Christopher’s Place and a Marimekko Box Shop at the Boxpark Shoreditch.
