Cleantech Kvarken is a project that provides strength via cross-border collaborations with the regional investments by Energy Vaasa in Finland and Cleaner Growth in Sweden. It is a is part of a long-term industry investment. Here you find strong industries such as energy, forestry, information technology and life sciences, where environmental relevance is a driving force. The investments will contribute to commercially viable products and services, to growing businesses and to sustainable growth. The project is a great opportunity for both industry and public companies in water, sanitation and energy. The focus lies mainly on emerging markets lead to greater business and international collaboration.
Panliska Ltd is hosting a breakfast briefing session in Edinburgh for companies interested in developing business links. In addition to the Kvarken Cleantech cluster co-ordinators from Finland and Sweden, the companies who will be present at the briefing include VEO, Geopipe and Bioendev Umeå.
